1987 VW Vanagon Westfalia Weekender – $12,300 in Austin, Texas
It’s all in the details, right? Or not. Sometimes people just don’t know much about their Westys, and this one is definitely just that. This seller in Austin, Texas has stated via craigslist they have a 6 cylinder VW Vanagon Westfalia Weekender with manual transmission and 838,000 miles on the clock. I’m going to of course email them for some clarification, but I’m sure someone else has contacted them already about their errors. However since there are no pictures of the engine bay, and no pictures of the odometer, you never know, they could be on point here. Overall it looks like a pretty clean Westy without a lot of upgrades (sans some new wheels/shoes and a 3 window pop top tent. They also state it comes with the “add a room” tent as well.
