1990 VW Vanagon Westfalia Weekender – $12,500 in Fortuna, CA
It’s very rare to see a local Westfalia for sale here in my home region. Maybe one pops up every few months. This one was posted on craigslist today by a seller in Fortuna, CA with an asking price of $12,500. Most of the close up pictures were taken with the very first digital camera ever created, so it’s hard to tell what kind of shape the van really is in. The seller states that the exterior is rhino lined, however judging by the sliding door, this could be a home job. There’s no mention of mileage or mechanical details, other than it has an automatic transmission. I’m not quite sure what to call the color either. Either way, $12,500 for a running 1990 Westfalia in California is pretty cheap, as this is generally a desirable vintage.
