Beast Mode! 1965 Mercedes 4×4 Truck w/ Westfalia Pop Top Camper
Thanks to the crew at BringATrailer for finding this one of a kind gem for sale. The is one of the most ambitious Westfalias I’ve ever seen, aside from the guy trying to build the Strechla (A Tesla powered double Westy). Supposedly there are only 33k miles on it, but I’m wondering if that is just what is on the engine? It seats 8 people and has a 25,000 LBS capacity (towing?), has a 6 cylinder engine with a 6 speed manual transmission, dual 33gal fuel tanks to get you there and can cruise 60 mph on the highway. The green paint job is pretty new also. It was said to have been maintained by the owner who is a professional mechanic. Look like more of a movie prop for the next Jurassic Park movie?
