Van number three today is a find on Auto Trader that’s got over 40 photos and is available in Portland, OR for $15k. I’m not sure what motor is in here, as it could be an air cooled. The listing states that over $15k has been invested, but not in what amount of time. The odometer reads 225k and it has a manual transmission. This ride has a new 3 window tent of odd color and Go West bumpers. It appear the entire exterior, including the bumpers, were painted in a cream color of sorts. The in dash DVD player looks a little out of place, but it probably works as a great navigation unit for the road trips. Even though it’s got fresh paint and looks relatively clean, I think $15k is a little high, especially if the engine is original. $10k would definitely be a deal if it still runs strong.
Actually my bad! For some reasons I thought it was an 84! So the engine is probably the 2.0 air cooled!
Looks like the engine was swapped for a H4 2L SOHC on this one.
