BOOM! Here’s what looks like a sweet find that showed up yesterday on craigslist in on the front range in Colorado. This van is a 1988 VW Vanagon Westfalia Camper with stock 2.1L engine, stock automatic transmission, original blue paint, power windows, sunroof in the pop top and aside from some nice looking wheels, it appears to be completely stock and unmolested. There’s no mention if or how well the propane, stove, fridge and sink work, and seller didn’t provide the VIN. Other than that, if you’re in the market to spend $15k on a Westy and live in Colorado, this is definitely one to check out. Find it for sale in Colorado Springs, Colorado with an asking price of $15,500. Craigslist Link

Notes For Potential Buyers: Get the VIN and do a title check at CarFax to make sure the mileage and history is accounted for. Make sure to go over the Westy Buying Tips page as well.
Notes For The Seller: Great looking Westy! If I were you, I’d add the VIN, a CarFax report, pictures of the undercarriage, pictures of the dashboard and a YouTube video of it running and driving. Driving I-25 during the holidays is never fun, so unless you plan on selling it to someone in the springs, the more alluring details you can provide here, the more likely folks will come from elsewhere to check this rig out. Good luck!
