1989 VW Vanagon Westfalia Camper w/ 50k Original Miles – $22k in Denver, Colorado
Happy Monday Westy lovers! Today’s first post showed up on craigslist late last night and will be sure to turn some heads today. This van is a 1989 VW Vanagon Westfalia camper with stock 2.1L engine, stock manual transmission and only 50,000 original miles! It’s got an alarm, back up camera, upgraded stereo, rear hitch and a fresh coat of red paint. While $22k is a lot to spend on something that’s basically all original and stock, you’ll be hard pressed to find a late model Westy with only 50k miles on it. Be sure to get the VIN from the seller and do a title check to make sure there’s no funny business. I wish some sellers would get a clue when selling a rig like this. If it really only has 50k miles on it, and you’re asking expecting more than $20k. Spend the $50 to get a CarFax or similar report showing the full owner history and odometer stamps.
