Looking for a good deal on a automatic Westy Weekender in the Bay Area? This ad for a 1985 VW Vanagon Westfalia Weekender with Wolfsburg trim was just posted up for sale on The Samba for a cool $8,200. (The Samba Link) The seller doesn’t provide too many details, and the pictures are a bit dark, however it appears to be in relatively good shape. No VIN #, mileage or mechanical modifications are mentioned, so you’ll have to inquire with the seller on those. However there does appear to be a nice stereo set up, and three sets of Yakima wide body brackets attached to the pop top with towers and bars, I’m assuming they all come with the deal? There’s oddly no pictures of the slider door or a wide detailed shot of the tent canvas, so they’re a mystery for now.
