Original Post: Here’s what looks like a great price on a Subaru swap that showed up on craigslist yesterday. This van is a 1985 VW Vanagon Westfalia Camper with a subaru engine (2.2L? 2.5L? SVX?) with standard 4 speed manual transmission. The seller states the stove, fridge and sink work and it comes with a newer stainless steel exhaust and will pass CA smog. If this van is legit, it’s a very fair price. I’m going to email the seller and see if they can provided more details. Find it in Grass Valley, CA with an asking price of $8,300. Craigslist Link
