1985 VW Vanagon Westfalia Camper – Fresh 2.1L Go Westy Engine – Auction in South Carolina Ends June 10th
Here’s what looks like a nice Westy with the same gremlin problem mine has, the faulty engine temp warning light. This van is a 1985 VW Vanagon Westfalia camper with 103k miles, GoWesty 2.1L engine with less than 6k miles, automatic transmission, new Bilstien rear shocks, a 3 window tent and a freshly cleaned pop top. It’s got a clean title, and according to the eBay auto check report, this van has had four owners and has lived in New Mexico, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania and now South Carolina. It’s also got some nice wheels and shoes, along with the South African grill set up. Not sure what the seller is expecting, and I’m not sure what this region fetches for a van like this, but I’m going to guess it will go for $15k ish. The auction ends June 10th. eBay Link
