1983.5 VW Vanagon Westfalia Camper w/ 169k Miles – $7,000 in Los Angeles
This orange first edition of the water cooled 1.9L Westy went up on the L.A. craigslist last night with any easy asking price of only $7k. This van is a 1983.5 VW Vanagon Westfalia camper with stock 1.9L engine, stock 4 speed manual transmission and 169k miles. The seller states the engine has good compression and the photos show a nicely intact and clean exterior and interior. It appears to have the original orange paint shining nice and there’s no apparent seam rust, at least in these photos. The tent kitchen and pretty much everything else look to be in great shape.
